Beautiful Baby Girl

Dear Little Hummingbird,

We can hardly believe it was a year ago today that you joined our family forever and immediately had us all wrapped around your little finger. Your brothers adore you and Mommy and Daddy can't imagine life without your beautiful 'full body experience' smile. Over the past year you have accomplished many great things as you've grown and developed and we couldn't be more proud of you!

Just two weeks ago you got your very first tooth (your bottom right) and took your very first steps. We cheered you on and it was so adorable to see how proud and excited you were of yourself! You give kisses and hugs and you love the cat and the rat (an animal lover like her Mommy!). Your hair has now grown long enough to put into little pig-tails and you're so patient with Mommy as she has so much fun doing your hair in the morning!

Daddy loves to sneak you treats (like bits of marshmallow, ice cream, chocolate, etc.) and you gladly accept all of them! Your favorite foods (besides the treats) are fruits, cheese, green beans, and yogurt. You've also recently discovered the joy in squishing your food and throwing it on the floor. :)

We are so excited to watch you as you continue to grow and learn new things over the coming year. Thank you for joining our family, baby girl, and for bringing your sweet and calm spirit to help counter the energy of your crazy (and loving) brothers. You are our angel.

All our love,
Daddy, Mommy, Jackson & Eddison

Jess, she is SO precious!!! I can only imagine how in love with her you all are =)

and I have to stiffle a giggle at the differences in our baby girls. At 9 months, Lucy weighed in at 20lbs. 14oz and is now sporting 6 teeth!
