Pumpkin Carving 2010

Halloween just isn't Halloween without the Johnston's Annual Pumpkin Carving and Chili Party! This year is was in combination with Riley's 5th birthday so they pulled out all of the stops and added beautiful lights in the backyard - as well as a fire-pit so all of the kids (and adults, of course ;) could roast marshmallows. We were in charge of bringing the marshmallows and chocolate and I happened to find the largest marshmallows I've ever seen at Walmart! They took s'more's to a whole new level, lol...

Eddie showing off his king-sized 'mallow. (And yes, they made a king-sized mess! :)

Jack - in lieu of a s'more he just hit the marshmallows straight off of the stick. That's my boy, lol. :)

A whole lotta' campfire fun!

Beckett's first Pumpkin Carving Party! He was content to hang out with Daddy (who wouldn't with his entertaining crazy faces? :).
We were taking bets on how many kids this play structure could hold before it would collapse... There were at least twice as many kids as this during the party's full swing (no pun intended, lol), but it held it's ground! :)

Yes, she's rocking an AC/DC shirt. Justin found it at Target and couldn't pass it up. ;) I love that he buys her clothes and shoes, lol. :)
