At the end of April my dad came to visit and since we hadn't seen him since Norah was just a few months old, we were all very excited to have him here! He was so great with all of the kids and it just made us that much more sorry that we don't get to seem him more often. Hopefully that will change now that we're a little closer than we were in NC. :)

| My dad was so patient with the kiddos! He spent each day playing outside, doing puzzles, wrestling, tickling, and otherwise just having a great time with them. I loved watching them get to know their Grandpa better! |

| Saying goodbye. It was so sad when Grandpa had to leave and it was even more unfortunate that he missed meeting baby Eva by just three days! But now he has yet another reason to come back to visit soon! Beckett was so sad when my dad left - he spent the following week asking for "Bampa" every time he woke up and would even go down-downstairs first thing to see if he was there. It was so adorable and heartbreaking at the same time! |
